The Site is an informational and marketing website describing the engineering capabilities and work of TEXOVA INC.. The Site is not the means by which our software products are delivered; access to any product is governed by a separate agreement.

Any reference on the Site to $XOVA or a prospective utility token describes intended, forward-looking functionality that is not currently available. No token is being offered or sold through the Site. Forward-looking statements are subject to change and involve risk and uncertainty; you should not rely on them in making any decision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that province for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
