This policy applies only to the Texova corporate website. Our individual software systems and any applications offered to clients are governed by their own, separate privacy policies and data-processing agreements. Where Texova acts as a service provider on behalf of a client, that client is the controller of the relevant personal information and its own policy applies.

TEXOVA INC. is the organization responsible for personal information collected through the Site. We are based in the Province of Alberta, Canada and comply with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec's Law 25, and applicable provincial privacy legislation such as Alberta's PIPA.
